"Motorbyggarna" (The Engine Builders of Sweden) is a bunch of enthusiast who gather once a year to run Engines which they have made themselves, to look at each others produce and exchange experiences.
Last years Meeting was held at "Ålleberg" in a building belonging to the soaring school there, the 3:rd of Jun. Also this time we had at our disposal the entire so called "Tiger Moth hangar".
The pictures here are a medley from the 10:th year anniversary 1999. All pictures courtesy Tony Nilsson, also this time on "Ålleberg" (yes on, because "Ålleberg" is a small mountain).
You can see all sorts of IC Engines, but you can also se some Stirling/Hot Air and the odd Steam Engine run there. As if this was not enough, some of the engines are mounted in some kind of a vehicle, frequently radio controlled.
You can see more of the beautiful yellow car to the right, if you follow the link to: The Mercer-Project There are also some pictures on Roy Rice's homepage.
