Honda V45 Magna 1982

Welcome to my Web site, and one of the few Honda Magna V45 -82 in Sweden

My name is Leif Lorentzon and I live in a small village 60 km north of Stockholm, in Sweden.

Me and my wife bought the bike in autumn -97, and the bike had been imported to Sweden in -96 from USA. It was in a quite good condition.

There are not so many Magna´s in Sweden, but there are some of the European model of this bike, the   VF 750C. The differens between the Magna and the VF 750C is not so big.
Most of the spareparts fits both bikes.

The first winter I spent a lot of time to polish and recondition some parts of our bike.
So far I have replaced or mounted the following items to the bike

New ignitionlock
New front tire
New front wheelbearing
New Neutral/OD switch
New Clutch slave cylinder
Lasersystem, mufflers
Toolbag on front fork, Held
Saddlebags, Held Montana
New bearings to the steering
New saddle, Corbin
Repaint the frame
New rear wheel bearings
New camtensioners
New dust and oil seal,front fork
Oilmodefication
New swing bearings
Sissybar, made it myself
New mirrors
 

This is our bike, a fantastic performance cruiser.
