The Sega classic that everyone must love. Take the frog across the road and the river while cars, diving turtles and crocodiles take their best shot at stopping you. This is the original version, not the '93 one, and it rocks.

A very mediocre conversion of a great arcade game. Guide your wizard, warrior or whatever through tons of dungeons and hordes of monsters. The arcade game supported four players, and this conversion two.

Definitely one of the most popular games for the C64. A very good arcade conversion, where you play the knight who has to battle zombies, ghouls and all manner of evil. The soundtrack (108k) is great; haunting and spooky.

Play a silent, deadly commando in this action packed platform game. Unlike many other similar games, Green beret arms you with only a single knife (though you can get some more powerful weapons later on).

Battle your way through several floors of stupid bodyguards, evil karate champions and bouncing midgets. The number of moves is quite limited, but that isn't a bad thing in this game, since you have plenty to worry about anyway.

Deliver newspapers. A game concept couldn't sound more boring, but the truth is that this game has plenty of action packed into it. Riding a bike while throwing papers around you is no mean feat in itself, but you have to avoid motorcycle terrorists, fat ladies and dogs too.

Skating games were really popular a while back in the '80s, and here's an example. A good one if you ask me. You skate a "course", and must grab all the flags while dodging all sorts of obstacles.

This isn't a very good game, I have to be honest with you. For some reason it still brings nice memories to me. You fly around in a 3D environment and shoot down whatever comes at you.

Here's a game with a good mixture of racing and... eh... something else. You control a guy on a rocket board with a world conscience. See, the goal is to pick up as many empty bottles as possible from the side of the road and recycle them. The concept may be a bit corny, but the game plays very well.

You're the plumber who has to keep the water flowing. Evil little men and bugs will do anything to stop you and your assistant in this task though. The game is great fun, though I feel a bit sorry for the poor helper who always has to take the hit when bugs, or the great lobster, come to close.
