New Layer.
Make a circular selection about 200 p in diameter.

In the Layer Palette, click on the Path tab.

Click in the little triangel in the right upper corner.

Choose - Make Work Path...

Tolerance: 0,5

Now we must fix a brush to stroke the path with.

Choose AirBrush Tool.
Right click in one of the brushes in the brushpalette or make a new brush.

Use this settings:

Click that little triangel again in the Pathpalette and choose - Stroke Path...

And You are Finished!!!
